Much gratitude to Attorney Kim Wilson, of Morrison, Sherwood, Wilson & Deola, PLLP, who recently took on my  drawn out Gallatin County CCJI request case, filing a Motion Allowing Dissemination of Information, that had previously not been allowed for dissemination. I just received the Court ruling, allowing me to disseminate these files to y'all - a process I began in April 2018, six months ago, that's half a frickin year! Absentee ballot have already been sent out, early voting and the election is 12 days away.

I have furiously been redacting the documents of any birthdates, phone numbers, email or mailing addresses, to protect privacy, even though it was curiously not required by the Judge, as the other recipients of the CCJI requests had been directed. I scanned documents and set up a new webpage with all the links to audio, image and PDF files. I have the mother of all headaches right now.

Now I know, not everyone will make time to read and listen to it all, so I have made an audio compilation of the key statements.

Gianforte Assault of Ben Jacobs audio compilation (28 min)-  I have compiled key statements from each to help present the facts of the assault. I begin with the lies and bias: Gianforte's Sheriff interview, Gianforte's Press Release, statements from staffers Seekins-Crowe and Elle, volunteers Howard-Wolf and Marshall.

Next I present the facts and truth: Missoulian article on Hamilton campaign stop, clip from the Paul Lewis Guardian interview that upset Gianforte, the assault audio from Ben Jacobs, the Fox News team statements: Acuna, Mangan and Railey, closing with a statement from Gianforte's apology to Ben Jacob's letter and Jacob's statement from the trial.

I believe this is important to help illustrate a number of points:

• The background and statements not all revealed to the public that shine a light on Gianforte's perspective of the most media, a free press, as well as those he surrounds himself with,
  
• As a Democracy, we deserve a Free Press,
• As well as an open government we can freely participate in, such as  public and townhall meetings,
• And by the limitation or control of either the public or press opportunities, we are being short changed in our congressional representation, who represents on our behalf.
•  

We deserve better, vote according, because Kathleen Williams has not exhibited fear, anger or bias against the public process or the Free Press.
